The magazine cover boy appeared to be in good spirits as he chatted with the crew.
Amazon Studios is overseeing the project with Ben's pal Matt Damon as one of the producers of the movie.

Jon Bernthal is back as he played a bad guy who turned out to be Christian's long-lost brother who was as equally smart as his genius brother. The two reunited after an intense battle scene at the end of the original film.
Also coming back for the sequel are J.K. Simmons and Cynthia Addai-Robinson.
According Deadline, The Accountant 2 plot will follow Affleck’s character, who has to solve the murder of the boss of Marybeth Medina (Addai-Robinson).
Christian reunites with his estranged brother Brax (Bernthal), and together they must solve the mystery.
The Accountant 2 release date has not yet been announced.

Director Jason Bergh said it was a highlight to work with Affleck.
Bergh said: 'Ben is amazing. He's a great filmmaker who understands the process and is extremely supportive.
'I had to pinch myself, honestly. I moved out to Los Angeles 20-something years ago, and always have dreamed of being in this position.'
Jason also said JLo was generous with her time and access but her best friend also filmed some of the more intimate moments.
The Greatest Love Story Never Told is a documentary about the making of Lopez's 2024 visual album This Is Me … Now.
